What we get asked the most about pricing.

  • Because the system's value isn't in fixing one-off tickets, but in continuous improvement. The retainer covers everything needed to keep the system running and improving within product scope. Standalone hours make every call feel costly — and that blocks continuous improvement.

  • Two options: we quote an additional bag at 80% of the standard hourly rate (USD 64-96/h), or we re-negotiate to the next tier if usage justifies it. Every 6 months we review together whether the tier still fits.

  • The client, directly to the provider. We don't intermediate AI costs — you open the account at Anthropic / OpenAI / etc., pass us the keys, we store them encrypted in your instance. Eliminates variable-consumption risk and simplifies billing.

  • 6 months of retainer minimum from go-live. After that, automatic month-by-month renewal cancellable with 30 days notice. The initial setup is paid at signing and is non-refundable once deploy starts.

  • We hand it all over: VPS (if managed by us, transfer access under your name or migrate it), database, KB, agents, and configs. No extra cost. No lock-in. The only thing that leaves with us is the support relationship.

  • Depends. Case A: you have your own infra, you pay the VPS, we manage it. Case B: we provision one on Hetzner for you, charge the cost (~USD 12-15/mo for a CX33) into the retainer or invoice separately. Defined in discovery.
